As a long time customer it’s sad to have give this casino a huge THUMBS DOWN-my legitimate payout (no bonus used) is now on week 4 of wait-with zero community action from Jackspay. They don’t answer emails and never answer live chat - from what I read on other forums I’m not alone -DO NOT PLAY HERE !!

Avoid at all costs. They spam your inbox with free spins with crazy restrictions on them, including a vague playthrough requirement that they make up afterwards. Even if you get lucky and win the $25 max cash-out associated with some of the promotions, they will ask for your documents and then just close your account. If they will do this over $25, imagine what they would do for actual money. The cost that this dinosaur of a platform wasted on rejecting a $25 payout was likely much more than that, which is the silver lining in this cloud of a story.

They are actually AVAILABLE 16 Hours a day, NOT 24/7, Hard to get in touch unless waiting until the next afternoon fo remail response is attentive enough. Was able to chat with an agent 1 time (but other times no luck), My husband and I signed up a new account spoke to agent about claiming deposit promos agent informed only 1 of us could use promo (was no problem, was expected) reason for asking. I played after making first deposit played it all out. made a second deposit with a deposit bonus, 500% !!! Of course the wagering was EXTREME ,50% BUT WAS DEFINITELY WINNING !! My husband also made a deposit didnt claim a match bonus, etc. He didnt wager or play any of it, playing in different casino at the time. Worst casino ever, won $100 on bonus. Satisfied the rollover to cash out. Then I contact asking if the withdrawal is still being processed because it isn't shown on the site anymore. I get an email back stating I need to pay them $25 to receive my $100 winnings!! How does that work, I sure wouldn't believe I would get my money if I gotta pay you first.
