in Poland this is normal... without changing dns you cannot reach som gambling site... we just need to change dns for example on google dns 8888 and it is ok. In cell phone i have dns changer... and its work fine. Maybe, i say maybe... he can do this same in Spain... it not cost nothing to try... If site owner block people from Spain he cannot reach the site... if not he can try my way...
