I used the sports betting bonus at the casino and successfully wagered €54. At the end I had €73 as a bonus balance before the last bet was settled and now I had to realize that I only have €11.50 left and that although I didn't violate any terms and conditions according to support. Even if the max cashout is 1x, I would have to get at least €11.50 on top of that, but that's not the case

Hatte am Ende 73€ als Bonusguthaben bevor die letzte Wette abgerechnet wurde und jetzt musste ich feststellen, dass ich nur noch 11,50€ drauf habe und das obwohl ich gegen keine AGBs verstoßen habe laut Support. Selbst wenn der Max cashout bei 1x liegt müsste ich doch zumindest 11,50€ oben drauf bekommen aber das ist nicht der Fall
