At the end I had €73 as a bonus balance before the last bet was settled and now I had to realize that I only have €11.50 left and that although I didn't violate any terms and conditions according to support. What you described here is a very normal thing, especially in smaller casinos. First withdrawals always take more time, because first of all, the user's account needs to be verified, the documents sent by the player need to be checked by a special department and then the pending withdrawal gets into the queue.
