Only ADR can if you are not satisfied with ADR outcome then you have to go to Court.

When I'm looking at your case again, I feel like this is exactly the case that could be resolved very easily. The problem is that the casino would need to give you contact details to the right person. This isn't the common case where the casino claims you breached some terms and conditions, the winnings are voided and your account closed. Then you start arguing with them, because you're not aware of breaching some terms.

They basically say: OK, we need to do further verification, send us the documents, which you did. Then they keep checking it and then they forgot about your case completely. When you contacted them again, it looked like you got exactly to the point as you've been 6 months ago. Someone else noticed that they need to check documents from you so they requested it again.

If they reacted to the complaint on our website, then it could be all resolved within a week 😕

I just talked to Nick regarding this. We're going to discuss it on a meeting that will probably take place on Wednesday. They simply don't seem to be interested in dealing with the case since "they don't advertise this casino too much" - these are their words. This is unacceptable. We need to figure out what we're going to do with the whole group.


They're lazy to deal with your case, because they don't care about the brand too much. I'm speechless. Nick is going to close the case today according to what he said to me.

I want them to reply and explain all publicly 


I did suffer a lot

The whole case cost me a lot of stress and frustration and is still not resolved

The case is still open for now, but they won't reply as you could already notice. Please give me time probably until tomorrow afternoon and I'll tell you more about it.

Yes, Nick is going to try to contact the casino directly (not through their affiliate manager who apparently doesn't care) and will explain the situation and the fact that in case they keep ignoring it and stall the withdrawal, it will damage their rating on our website by a lot. So we're going to contact the casino for now and try to get contact details for someone else.

No worries, I just want to highlight that we have no tools to force them to pay you the winnings. On the other hand, we want to try all possible ways. If it fails, the only thing that we can do and will do is lowering their rating by a lot to make sure that other players will avoid the casino. But let's wait if we manage to get in touch with someone.
