I'd say the most surprising thing is the fact that I believe that they can ask you for this type of information with regards to the UKGC license. That's why I believe that many UK players will shift from UK licensed casinos to illegal casinos that accept UK players from abroad. This is just insane! Honestly, I don't know what they're looking for. I've seen many cases where the casino doesn't communicate with the player for months, but they actually communicate with you, but they weren't able to send you the winnings for 6 months.

Can you also provide the proof of the loan received from Hitachi Capital just so that we can verify that income, since I’m sure you can emphasise it is a very large amount of money, and therefore we are required by the Gambling Commission to have the proof to support it. This can be in the form of an invoice which you will have received at the time of taking out the loan, for example.
