I recently opened what I thought was a new account on Instaspin casino. I took £100 yo to £540 so decided to withdraw £400. Done all my verification to then be told that my account would be closed and only the £100 refunded due to me already having had an account that had been closed. I used all the same details name, date of birth, address and phone number when signing up so I didn’t manipulate any details. Does anybody know if I have a case to receive my full balance?
i have argued with them that had I lost the initial £100 deposit then that would not have been refunded but they keep avoiding that point in out messages!
If anybody know what steps I can take in perusing this then please let me know, thanks
