I understand, so you've been waiting for a week. I would probably wait another week, and if nothing happens, then I would recommend filing a complaint. If you have a withdrawal request pending, then sometimes patience is important.

But it wasn't 20, it was 200, and I was forced to deposit even though I had already met the wagering requirement.
