Scam casino. I requested withdrawal of 2500$ on 14th & it was cancelled by casino today stating - Your gaming session has been forwarded to the provider for checking. During this process, all withdrawal requests will be temporarily paused. Please be aware that the review typically takes up to 14 days, although it may occasionally take longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

This is sheer harassment. Casino offered deposit bonus without any bet restrictions and you can even use bonus buy feature in slots. Then why would they need to review gameplay that to for 14 days....???

It means they are deliberately delaying withdrawal.

Hi...what happened. I posted my review about Immerion casino as they hold my money deliberately

Despite a valid license from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, the casino (Goodwin N.V.) has not paid out for over 20 days and has been communicating unclearly.

There are no time limits or protections for players in the T&Cs, and this behavior contradicts the "high security index" that Casino Guru claims.

I received the same message; my withdrawals were canceled without comment. I've been waiting for 20 days, and it keeps getting delayed!

So it's pending 27th May & they want you to wait further for 30 days. Its deliberately done by them so that you play through your winning & lose entire balance during this period. This tactic is applied my many casinos nowadays.

After the casino representative's response, I saw that my withdrawal function was no longer blocked. I then initiated three withdrawals of €1,000 each to my private bank account. However, withdrawals to the same bank account with which I had deposited (Revolut/Visa) were not possible. The casino's withdrawal history currently only shows two withdrawals of €1,000 each. Therefore, I contacted support, who informed me that the third withdrawal was still being processed. This is the current status.

You see, the casino has every right to investigate any account or gameplay as the management sees fit. The rules explicitly state this. Therefore, we cannot determine overall fairness solely on the facts permitted by the rules.

Since online casinos differ from traditional brick-and-mortar ones, the management must implement any necessary checks to ensure compliance. Due to that, we can only debate if it was really necessary, yet something like that comes to light retrospectively.

While investigating is not unfair, failing to provide decent support results in a poor user experience.

If the casino fails to pay out in compliance with its own rules, however, there will be consequences.

If I may, please read my latest response to the other player. I understand that you might view such an investigation as an offensive step; however, when considered from a purely logical standpoint, the situation is not so clear-cut.

Yet I would like to say we had a short internal discussion about an immersive amount of players being investigated by this specific casino and in my opinion, if the investigation is really the standpoint here, the casino should freeze the funds until the game provider's investigation is concluded, because if there is suspicion worth such a long investigation, I would assume it is inappropriate to let such a player play while being investigated. However, as far as I know, even under these circumstances, the same player can cancel the withdrawal request and play out the amount.

Well, for me this is not very convincing.

I think casinos should pay out all winnings just as honestly and directly as the player trusts the casino and makes a deposit into their gaming account. Usually the player is loyal to them. However, the same cannot often be said about casinos.

From a business perspective, loyalty and trust in the player makes a positive impression and generates more customers.
