How much is the winnings that has been taken from you? And are there any same cases as yours thats been resolved?

140 thousand euros they stole from me I have a printout of them confirming the error account verification and ocasino guro decided in their favor before the high winnings I had already made withdrawals of more than 10 thousand euros....

Well, based on what I saw in the complaint, and if that’s the full text of Section 12.7, using a VPN in the casino is prohibited. So if you were using it, that’s a problem. In any case, I haven’t read the whole thing, and Michal will continue to look into your case.
I’d say that VPNs are a problem in about 90% of casinos, so I’d always check whether you can play with one or not. Otherwise, they usually don’t recommend using it.

Here take a look on below screenshots that i saved regarding the resolved cases like mine. I mean these cases are far more worst but still bas been resolved with Casino Guru and Ice Casino.
Also, Ice Casino has admitted their mistake regarding the 12.7 clause and it is so obvious that they just want to take the winnings.

Heh, those are pretty general screenshots, and I said that every detail can make a difference. But let’s set that aside for now and focus on your specific case. Even situations involving VPNs can be resolved, but that’s not always the case, it depends on what’s happening.
It’s pretty clear from one screenshot that this can be resolved, especially if the player didn’t intend to use a VPN to gain some advantage at the casino that they wouldn’t have had without it. That’s pretty important.
