I simply appealed against the decision once again, the moderator must be on vacation and hasn't replied, and I haven't done anything else for the casino guro, nor is there any point in being on vacation 😅
Now I'm reporting it to the regulator, I don't know what else to do.
It's hard to say; sometimes a casino won't forgive even a single mistake, and it depends on how they choose to handle the situation. In other cases, the casino might turn a blind eye. The point is that if the Terms state that VPNs are not allowed, then simply turning one on and accessing the site with it constitutes a violation of the rules.
However, we also try to distinguish whether it was intentional and the player wanted to circumvent something at the casino, or conversely, it wasn’t intentional, and the player didn’t want to gain any unfair advantage over other players and the casino.
So I think it will be judged based on that, but we can’t influence how the casino will react.
My case has been resolved and I got my account back and all my money. I have successful withdrawls as well.
