So, please make sure to include this information in the complaint as well. Thank you!
I already did that, spoke to somebody on Reddit with exactly the same problem and you can see that his money left to the same wallet. So the main wallet from the casino.

I was playing normally on this casino and win some bets, then they said i was betting on suspicious games and told me the provider closed my account. Then i went to the chat trying to solve this problem and they were arrogant, said they don't trust me anymore and will not open my account.
Hello. Sorry about this issue. May I ask, if you have any real funds remained in your account? Also what games were you playing, is this issue related to the sports betting, perhaps?
Yes i still had a lot of money there. But now they closed the account i can't enter so don't know know.
I was trying my luck on sports betting, in some games that they had. I just bet for fun, it's not my fault that they had those games
Oh, I'm sorry, but I have to say that if the whole case is just about sports betting, we don't deal with that because we don't have the expertise or the insight in this area. What games were involved, if I may know ?
However, if it would help you, here are a couple of sites that might be able to assist you.

This doesn't sound good at all, and I can understand your concern. Good on you for submitting a complaint with our team, where they will do all possible to help you out. Have you checked with your payment provider, as well, to see if everything is ok on their side, and they have send the payment to the right recipient? I reckon you should try to do that, to be sure, just in case.🤷♀️ I really want to see what caused this issue with the account at the casino, though.🤔 I hope they will be able to find out soon. Please keep us updated.🙏
I sent this casino $100 in bitcoin only...unfortunately the service I used took their good old time as it was nearly 24 hours before i received confirmation that it was approved and confirmed sent. By the time I realized it was finally sent it was 2 hours later, so to see that my account balance did not reflect my deposit was very disappointing. But the real frustration which quickly boiled over in anger is when they tried to tell me I sent the payment to the wrong address. They claimed it was not one of their bitcoin addresses and that I was basically SOL and it was somehow all my fault. If i had entered their bitcoin info manually i might had considered that I was potentially partially at fault. But, I would never attempt to enter this info manually. Like most of us, I used the Hugewin QR Code to submit my payment. There's nothing manual about the process so if it was sent to the wrong address thy need to look internally at their own QR Code system. Regardless I sent them $100, so they owe me $100. I will gladly run their name through they ringer and spread the news on twenty different websites. But I'd rather just have them pay me what they owe me. Cause in the end I was discourage 100x fold from coming their way when they could have done the right thing and just paid me (and from what I've read,. this is a frequent scam they seem to pull on many customers.
This is a really unpleasant situation, I see. Good on you for submitting a complaint. Our team has to review it and then they will get back to you surely. Have you got any news regarding this issue by now, perhaps? I hope it'll be solved soon. Will wait for your reply.
No they made it apparent last night when I spoke to them again last night that they were done with the matter because it was impossible. Another important note is that the rep from last night told me it was impossible because they don't have QR Codes.
That was the moment that I realized I'm dealing with someone who has no idea how things actually work and I'd be more successful arguing my points to a wall. I quickly showed her a screen shot of the very same QR Code that she says they do not provide. They clearly never had any intent of trying to resolve THEIR issue or even accept that they may have one.
I just hope that our complaint team will be able to help you out with this unpleasant situation.
I wouldn't call it a problem, if I may say so, the casino needs to check everything to make sure it is all good. Have they explained to you the reason for blocking your account, and is it fully verified? I hope this issue will be resolved soon. Please let us know of any updates.
Hi, sometimes with bigger wins the casino does checks and investigates if everything was fine. I believe it was, and you will get your money eventually.
However, if there are any further problems you can contact us and we will try to help.
I believe this is just a routine check and everything will be fine.
Let us know.
