As for not getting your winnings, how long has your situation been going on please ? Of course I'm sorry to see that support is not helpful and you didn't get any answer. Did the casino not say why your withdrawal was not confirmed ? Did you try to contact the casino by email ?

This is frustrating, that they don’t reply at all. I even try to Call Them, but the phone number, dosen’t exist.

And yes I can log in, but don’t use the site. It says that there is no deposit options, and gamblings not possible. They don’t reply at all. It has been 5 days now. whitout any reply. I sent Them e-mails, but as far I can See from the Forum chat, other people can’t get in touch whit them eather. And I had no problems before. And my account is verified. My winnings is 950 euro.

Sadly there is not much to do, the casino won't react to complaints or anything, if they were decent they would send the funds to the most recent withdrawal method used by each user but we all know they won't do that (it would be amazing if they prove me wrong).

If they didn't warn they were closing so users could withdraw their funds before the closing took place, I doubt they have any intention of paying out, I can guarantee they closed with the sole intention of appropriating funds. I'm really sorry for everyone who lost money here, there is a big difference between losing money while gambling it and losing it simply because a casino stole it right away

Yes it is so wrong that they just shut down without telling us. and without paying us our winnings. I thought it was a good casino based on the reviews. But I have never experienced this before. and since the casino has not been on the market for a long time, they must have had bad intentions, or din’t know how to run a casino.
