It would certainly be great if the casino started doing that. You haven't had any update on your case yet ? I see from your complaint that you are waiting for an answer from the casino and it still hasn't come. I would like to be positive but I am not sure how it will turn out. Either way I hope you get your money as well. Fingers crossed.🤞

this is the email from which they wrote to me, a few days ago when I received the first 1500 euros, when I asked them about my complaint with you and the remaining 1500 euros they did not answer me, if you want to write to them on this email. wlcpayouts@softgamings.com

Adam, who is dealing with your complaint, has already contacted the casino, but as we can see they have not replied yet, so I don't know what is the purpose behind it. I would have thought that if the casino was able to pay you 1500 euros the day before, it would not be a problem to do so in the complaint. But so far it hasn't happened. So we will see if the casino will respond to the complaint or directly to you by email and provide new information. Let us know if that happens.
