Hey, I see you're having trouble with verification. You asked what's wrong with the documents, but does the casino have any conditions? Alternatively, what should the document contain? How long have you been trying to verify?

I signed up at highroller casino on 25th january, then deposited 2.25k, then won 14.9k, when I did KYC, I took my Aadhaar with selfie, then also took proof address, it was verified, then when I did proof of deposit, the transaction was showing in the account. Where I made the payment, my UPI and transaction ID are also available, but the team of Highroller is not verifying my account even after checking everything. And when I am uploading the document, every time a new reason is given, but that reason is not valid.
submitted two official bank statement documents directly from my bank as a proof of address. they keep rejecting the bank statements claiming its not original when it is . the document was never edited . i simply downloaded it directly from my bank website and submitted it on the casino website. bank documents should be accepted as part of proof of address according to their own terms and services .
Hello, I see you have a problem with the account verification. Hmm so the casino is telling you that the document and therefore the banks statement is somehow modified yes? That's why it won't accept it, correct?
I was going to suggest that if that's not the case and you send the original document and the casino still rejects it, that you file a complaint, but you've already done that.
So for the moment we will have to wait and see how the complaint progresses or if we can resolve it with the casino.
Think it won't be a problem and you'll hold out?
So I have been a fully verified member of highroller casino for well over a year now I've made multiple withdrawals until I had a decent win of 50k..
I withdrew a few different times before this including 200 just a couple hours before that win which was paid to me. But wen I won 50k I went to withdraw and they wanted more documents I sent them through I then received a email saying I was fully verified and able to withdraw again... Tried again account closed winnings confiscated. I've been waiting 3 months for some sort of reply and then about 3 or 4 days ago I got a reply asking for my landlords ID as verification for my address and get paid my winnings my landlord is not ok with me sending his ID I'm confused are they even allowed to ask for id of someone who has nothing to do with my account with them that's a sensitive document and he doesn't play on this casino at all!!
That really is a strange request, and I do not remember us having ever come across such a thing, to tell you the truth.
That is why I believe it would be best to wait for your complaint resolver to handle your case and not provide anything yet.
What do you think about that?
My complaint was closed originally due to them failing to reply and then reopened at their request just to say I have a email from them so they didn't look bad.
hey failed to provide answers to Peter about what they actually were asking of me koz they didn't want it to be public knowledge and look bad but tbh the only way I get any sort of reply is by making it public knowledge also I researched for hours if anyone else has been asked that and I can't find a single thing about asking for someone else's id on the internet anywhere that's y i wrote this to see if anyone had experienced this and what they did about it koz it's really frustrating me
Yeah, I understand your point.
