I just want to remind you that we already shared our opinion and recommendation, so thank you for those screenshots, but it would be better to describe the matter in plain text. Not everyone takes the effort to translate those screenshots for example.
Well, did you compare it to the warning thread patterns? It's the same group...I reckon. So, very likely a complete scam. 👌
Thanks for the link, I don't have any experience with this, I'd like to specifically study the topic so that I don't have such an experience in the future🙂
Sure, then the thread Romi shared with you should be pretty helpful. Take a look at it, and I'm sure you'll be able to put together your own summary.😉
Are you referring to the casino discussed in this thread, Windomoment, or is this a different casino?
If it's a different one, could you send me its name or a link to the website? We'll be happy to take a look.
Based on what you've described, however, it sounds very much like a scam. Legitimate casinos do not require players to pay repeated fees such as "premium fees," "taxes," "insurance fees," or "wallet linking fees" before processing a withdrawal. The only thing a legitimate casino may occasionally ask for is a small deposit to verify a new payment method, but that's a completely different situation.
If the casino keeps asking for more and more payments before releasing your winnings, I strongly recommend that you do not send them any more money.
If you've already made these payments, it would be worth contacting your payment provider or bank to ask whether a chargeback or payment dispute is possible. Unfortunately, based on what you've described, I would be very concerned that this is not a legitimate casino and that you may not receive the money they promised.
