Well, I started with a bonus, made an initial deposit of €100, then, based on the amount won, they told me I should become a premium member to progress. So I did, as shown in the attached photo. After a few days, I tried to withdraw €15,000 and €7,000... and they're on hold until I pay the 10% fee on the first withdrawal (€1485). They tell me it's only allowed once, after which I can withdraw as much as I want, and I'm responsible for paying my taxes...
