It is a combination of paying for a higher withdrawal status and a fee for the withdrawal itself. Does this sound normal to you?

Dear all, I just wanted to add, that we are quite concerned that this is part of new group of potentially shady websites; same goes for example for site toufas.com. 

As you can see, it's quite the same layout and logo and minimum of relevant information. It could be the same pattern as described in this thread. 👈👈
