This is so frustrating and I feel you. Why is it so complicated to provide a payment receipt after the payment has been made? Yet we still have no way to be certain right now. I know it's probably weird, but I hope you are going to enjoy the weekend and the upcoming working days show us real progress with the withdrawal.
Hello, since I still haven't received any replies to my emails, I tried the live chat again on Saturday. I explained that I had filed a complaint with Casino Guru. They told me there had been some problems with the payment and that they would have to pay me the €800 in two installments. The €800 payment was then canceled, and two €400 payments were processed. And less than a minute later, I actually had €400 in my bank account. Unfortunately, I haven't received any further information about when I'll receive the next €400.
Hello Gretche70, I sincerely appreciate the update. Thank you.
In my opinion, it's better to know where the problem comes from. You know casinos usually do not choose to annoy people with non-payments or excessive delays. From the longer perspective, that's actually a very damaging scenario and casinos know that.
As far as I can tell, in most cases and when talking about decent operators, some sort of technical problem almost always plays a role on the third-party side eventually. 😐
Hopefully, whatever the nature of this problem is, they are going to fix this very soon!
Hello, I would like to make a formal complaint regarding my bonus balance.
I registered and received a $15 no-deposit registration bonus. The bonus required a $600 wagering/turnover requirement, which I fully completed. After completing the turnover, my balance was correctly converted from bonus balance to real/cash balance, and I had around $15 in real balance.
I then tried to withdraw, but I discovered that the minimum withdrawal amount was $30. Since my real balance was below the minimum, I continued playing using my real balance to reach the withdrawal minimum.
My balance eventually increased to $36. However, immediately after reaching $36, my real balance suddenly changed back into bonus balance.
I checked the Bonuses section, and there are NO active bonuses and NO remaining wagering requirements. I also did not activate any new bonus or receive any additional bonus.
I contacted support, but I have received different explanations each time. First, I was told that I might have an active bonus. Then I was told that I needed to make a deposit. After I showed that there were no active bonuses, I was told that the system switches to bonus balance when the real balance falls below $0.15.
However, this does not explain my situation because my real balance had increased to $36 before it suddenly changed into bonus balance.
Please investigate my account and transaction/game history properly instead of giving me general explanations about how the bonus system works.
I want to know exactly:
1. Why was my real balance changed back into bonus balance?
2. Which specific bonus or wagering requirement caused this?
3. Where in the bonus terms does it state that I must make a deposit after completing the $600 turnover requirement?
4. Why did the balance change specifically after reaching $36?
If this was a system error, please correct my balance. I have screenshots showing that there were no active bonuses or remaining wagering requirements.
Please escalate this case to the appropriate operator or technical team if necessary. I want a specific explanation based on my account activity, not a generic response.
