I have 400 euro in my balance and they are refusing to let me withdraw it saying even on real money deposits they have to be wagered 10 times which is a complete scam and totally against the fairness of gaming and is illegal. See the gambling commission law: Players are entitled to withdraw money from their deposit balance, including their winnings, at any time. Operators must allow players to withdraw funds from their deposit balance and there must be no term in place that restricts this. They have made up a term to falsely withhold money and ensure it gets lost so customers can't withdraw money back even if they don't want to play the deposit. They can't do this. Any Casino or bookmaker I have used always lets me cash out my money that I have deposited. Bonuses are not worth taking and they have applied bonus wagering requirements to actual money which just creates a huge disadvantage to the player and is illegal to do so. I fully understand how the bonus system works and I avoid it at all costs as nobody is winning 40 times on a free bonus

Yeah, there has definitely been a change in recent years, I used to win on live blackjack but it doesn't happen anymore. Lose 10 hands in a row all the time, only sports betting is a fair marketplace. I'm done playing just want to get my money back from them and move on

yes, it’s in their terms which is a scam. I got my money back after a weekend long battle of complaints. This is the problem with unregulated casinos they make up their own rules which aren’t allowed in Europe. Whole operation is a scam they should be shutdown but seem to be part of a larger network of casinos. Everything on the site is a lie and they claim the 10x wagering on deposits is for "anti-money laundering and best practices" nothing but a scam I would sue them if I could but there’s no legitimate business there to do so

It is completely normal that some AML policy has to be applied, but this is way too high, I belevie, to have to wager your deposit 10x. If it was a bonus rule, it would be more understandable, for sure.

What happened is the following, I made a deposit to my account to make sports bets, I made a bet and I won it, when it was time to withdraw it they asked me for endless requirements that had never been asked on other platforms, that I take a photo with the address of the house, that I take one with my passport, I did it and after I did it I said no, that it was not possible, where I live I am not the one who rented therefore I do not have a housing contract, electricity or water bills do not arrive in my name and they demand that I have to have that because without that I cannot withdraw, this seems like a giant scam to me, a casino like this should not be, they give a base, because at the time of one making a deposit to the account they do not ask for all this and because if they ask for it at the time of one claiming a prize it is sad

Just that they don't care and you have to have it? This is something they should just be able to understand because it's quite common nowadays. The verification with them is hell to complete you would give less financial information to a bank for a mortgage. They are nothing but scammers. They reject documents that are perfectly acceptable with most companies. They are incredibly slow and dodgey they were withholding a withdrawal on me saying I needed to wager €1800 before I could withdraw which is an absolute scam. Biggest fraud of a casino I’ve ever come across I had weekend long battle with them to payout my account balance so in the end they did but banned my account after that. They are crooks they aren’t licensed by curaçao gaming so they don’t have to accountable to any regulator because they operate without a a license and can’t provide the information as to who they are licensed with for dispute purposes. I basically sent them UK law that players have the right to withdraw their balance at any time and no terms can be applied to prevent this. They say that 10x wagering requirements are for anti money laundering and best practices which is just a load of rubbish so a player can never withdraw deposits or a balance. They break gaming law every day with their dodgey terms and conditions. Proper scum organisation.
