The more you deposit, the more they clean you.... it is impossible to validate the account and make withdrawals..... it is nothing more than an online scam....
Quanto mais depositares, mais te limpam.... é impossível validar a conta e efetuar levantamentos..... não passa de uma burla online....

I can't validate the account, in the chat they take hours to respond, and they cancel the chat due to inactivity, phone calls, they don't answer... they completely ignore the customer... they don't respond to emails.
They only recently arrived on the Portuguese market and there are already numerous complaints from players.
The complaints are generally always of the same type: impossibility of validating accounts, customer deposits that simply disappear, inventing the biggest excuses for not allowing withdrawals, etc. etc. etc.
It is a complete scam, and I will disclose this as much as I can so players don't get scammed
Não consigo validar a conta, no chat demoram horas a responder, e cancelam o chat por inatividade, telefone, não atendem.... ignoram o cliente completamente... email não respondem.
Ainda há pouco chegaram ao mercado português e já existem inúmeras queixas de jogadores.
As queixas geralmente são sempre do mesmo tipo: impossibilidade de validação de contas, depósitos de clientes que pura e simplesmente desaparecem, inventam as maiores desculpas para não permitir levantamentos, etc etc etc.
É uma fraude completa, e divulgarei isto o mais que puder para que os jogadores não sejam enganados
Feel free to submit a complaint on our website. Honestly, I still believe they're still just too busy. Since you say they're new in Portugal, it's possible they still don't have enough Portuguese employees who are trained to verify the documents. That may cause the delays.
This does not justify what is happening.
Delays are one thing, making excuses for not paying customers is another.
I don't want to complain because I didn't make a deposit, I had the good sense to look for information (complaints) about the casino and the ones I saw (combined with my inability to validate the account) made me realize that we are not dealing with serious people.

Well, I don't know if I understand it right. You say that they have excuses, you can't verify the account, the chat takes hours to write off and there are some problems in the withdrawals. On the other hand, you don't want to file a complaint because you say you didn't put any deposit in. But you don't need to deposit money to open it.
However, it's good that you can find the information and verify it. But I still don't think you need to panic and say that you have dealings with non-serious people. And if you think you do, a complaint is the best thing you can make.
Jaro, what panic?? I'm calm, all the players who lost their money because they deposited money in this casino and the deposits simply disappeared will be in a panic.

As pessoas que não são sérias são as deste casino, a net está cheia de reclamações e por alguma razão será.... não estou a inventar nada
Hmm, if it had happened as you say it would certainly have been cause for panic then. Obviously I just misspoke, because I know you were just stating your opinion.
However, every player can do some casino research, which I always recommend, and just like you, check out complaints or user reviews that can help players make a decision. So I would say that it was wise of you to do that and therefore when you say that there are problems here, you didn't deposit.
Obviously other casinos are more worth it.
