Hi guys, I’m hoping someone can help, I’ve withdrawn £650 from golden genie on the 25th October, waited the 21 working days but still not received my winnings, the winnings were not from a bonus and I’ve completed all the verification checks, every time I contact them I get the same message that there are delays due to checks or due to high volumes of requests, I’ve never experienced anything like this and now believe I’ve been scammed, just want to know if anyone has actually ever been paid out and if so how do i go about getting my money? Normally, I would suggest a complaint, but I found this warning:

Hopefully they are truly just delayed!

They aren't responding on our website and they have a very poor safety index.

Have you tried contacting the payment provider you used to deposit there to see if there is any way to get back the money you deposited?
