I want to complain about Glorion Casino! I've been waiting for over three days for a €500 withdrawal. I deposited €200 and withdrew exactly €500, and I've been waiting for over three days. This isn't several thousand euros, and I'm not going to cancel the withdrawal because I have enough discipline. I'm contacting you because I need help. I'm not getting a satisfactory answer in the Gloria chat or via email, and I can't get a more precise timeframe for the withdrawal.

Just a quick update: I noticed your complaint was marked as resolved today. Does that mean the casino paid you, even though they hadn’t given you a clear timeframe and you weren’t satisfied with their responses? I just want to check whether you’ve received the money. That’s all.

That’s exactly why we give the casino time to resolve things without stepping in. In our experience, intervening at that stage can sometimes cause further delays, as the casino then also needs to explain the situation to us. :-)

I received the money. I withdrew at 3:00 AM on Monday (3:30 AM) and the money arrived today at 3:30 AM. But this isn't a good casino; it takes way too long for such a small amount of money. I won €300, deposited €200, and withdrew €500. So I don't know if this is normal. Other casinos get the money within half an hour.

Hello, I’m really glad you’ve received the money, and I understand that your experience with other casinos has been different. There are certainly casinos with quicker withdrawals, though I think it’s fair to say that the payment method and how the casino processes payments can make a difference too. 😅
