Did it take long to get paid? Like I was employed in that casino. Out of two modest payouts of $150 total, I waited a month for each one. Now the casino has restricted my account, as if I used illegal methods.

I think that's long enough for two small withdrawals, so I would take it as a favor if the casino restricted my account. I probably wouldn't want to continue playing in such a place anyway, so that would be it for me. 

How do you see it, would you go back there ? 

Why would I continue to play under those conditions? There are enough good casinos in Serbia anyway. And the only reason why I played in this casino was because of that bonus.

Yes I get it, I asked mainly because some players tend to come back after a while and try again, thinking that something might have changed. So I was wondering if that's also your case from time to time. 😀

There is a Serbian saying: "A wolf changes its fur but never its temper". And these newly minted casinos are not wolves either. They look more like hyenas. And you're absolutely right about the bonuses. Casinos only offer them to advertise themselves and attract players. Somewhere in one of your videos you mentioned "mom's advice", when they asked young moms from the USA what is the best option for a casino, almost all women answered: Don't play at all!! If we are already gambling, isn't a sportsbook a much better option? At least there you can choose what you will bet on.

From my point of view, sports betting is better, but it's not what it used to be. It has improved in that you can bet on some things that you couldn't before, but nowadays even those sports results are unpredictable. But I'll definitely watch a match once in a while with enthusiasm, like playing slots, where it's 100% just a matter of chance. 🙂

Has anyone ever got a positive outcome with getting their money

Hi, I'm not quite sure what you mean, do you still have some money in the casino and would you like to withdraw it? Or are you asking if anyone has managed to win and withdraw when you have lost quite a lot here? 

The complaints I've seen have been from players who got paid and apparently won, but the last such signs are in the summer. Since then I haven't seen anything similar but that's because the players in the complaints didn't reply most of the time.

Feel free to tell me if you still have some money here or not.

I am got few times some big wins, but only when I played in minimal bet per spin. But withdrawing money from that casino is become a nightmare. They pay me ( less than 150 btw) after 2 months. And only after my complain on casinoGuru.

I don't really know where your wins are. We're not a casino so the best thing to do would be to ask them directly if you didn't get what you were owed. So did you play with any bonus? Were you able to complete everything you needed to?

1. Someone help me with this casino... It's been over a week since I asked to withdraw and so far nothing has happened. I've tried to get in touch by email and the only thing they told me was to be patient. It's impossible to talk to someone in the live chat and a while ago I called the number that appears on the page and it's a private number. In fact, I asked the gentleman if this happens to him often and he told me yes, that he's already complained, that he's blocked and nothing, the calls continue, that's when I didn't like this at all. Please, if anyone knows what I can do, I would really appreciate it because it's not fair.

Hi, I'm sorry you found yourself in something similar. The casino hasn't told you anything except to be patient, and why has it been going on for over a week?

I noticed that they don't communicate with you much, which is probably not the best advertisement for the casino in this situation.

Anyway, I would like to say that we give the casinos 14 days to sort out the withdrawal process and if they don't, then you can try to submit a complaint to us and our team would try to assist you.
