This casino is very similar to vulkan Bet, but is the owner different?

It actually is a different owner, according to our information. You can easily find it in the reviews of both casinos.

This is the worst and most fraudulent casino I've ever played at. They'll come up with all sorts of excuses and all sorts of miracles to avoid paying out money. At least my account has been verified, and all the documents have been sent. When you want to withdraw funds, they'll come up with a plan: you have to take a photo and write the date. The calendar will confirm that you're really here. It's terrible what they ask for during verification. I've already sent them, I don't know, probably 20 different documents. It's terrible. I don't recommend playing here under any circumstances. They're making fun of people. They're the ultimate scammers.

So, you still haven't been verified, or am I misunderstanding something? I know that sometimes these requirements from casinos can be difficult to meet as they would like. Perhaps a verification call could resolve this.

One of the worst casino experiences I have ever had – €4,500 removed from my balance

I have played at many casinos, but this was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had.

I deposited €140 and lost my entire deposit. After that, I received a bonus and completed the required 40x wagering. During the bonus play I managed to build my balance up to €5,200 and had already wagered more than €6,000.

The casino then removed €4,500 from my balance and left me with only €700, referring to the 5x maximum win rule connected to the bonus. I understand that this rule existed in the bonus terms, so I am not disputing that point.

What I find extremely disappointing is what happened afterwards.

My original deposit of €140 was already completely lost, but the casino still required me to wager another €78 from my remaining balance before I was allowed to withdraw the €700. This happened even after I had already played through thousands of euros and completed the bonus wagering requirements.

So after removing €4,500 from my balance, they still wanted me to continue playing before allowing me to withdraw what was left.

I currently have €600 remaining, and based on this experience I honestly expect more problems when I try to withdraw. I will update this review with what happens next.

This is an extremely disappointing way to treat a customer. A casino should make customers feel secure, not make them feel like every step is designed to create another obstacle.

€5,200 balance → €4,500 removed → €700 left → forced to wager another €78 on an already lost deposit → now €600 remaining

Stay away stay away

That sounds like quite a strange practice to me. Have you checked the terms and conditions to see whether you’re required to wager your deposit as well?

I saw that you already completed the bonus wagering, which was quite demanding, and having to wager the deposit on top of that doesn’t seem particularly user-friendly. If you simply deposit and have to wager the deposited amount once or a few times, that’s fairly common. Perhaps it’s also common when you use a bonus, where the deposit wagering requirement is separate from the bonus wagering requirement. So even after completing the bonus wagering, you might still have to wager your deposit before you can withdraw.

Of course, I understand what you mean, and I really hope you’ll at least be able to withdraw the money you currently have there. If you run into any problems, though, you know you can always come back to us and we’ll try to help.

I have no problem with having to wager a deposit. But having to wager money that has already been lost is completely unreasonable.

My real-money balance was €0 when I activated the €140 bonus. I wagered the bonus 40x (€5,600), and when I completed the wagering, my casino balance was €5,200.

They confiscated €4,500 and left me with €700. Then they went back to the money that had already been lost and said I still had to wager the deposit, even though those funds no longer existed. Alternatively, they told me I had to pay 20% of the deposit.

First they apply the bonus rules, and once you complete the wagering, they go back and apply the rules for real-money funds. That simply doesn’t make sense.

I also submitted a complaint here on Casino Guru on Friday, but it still isn’t visible.

Yes, I understand what you’re describing, and it also seems a bit illogical to me. Personally, I would expect the player to have to wager the deposit first and only then start wagering the bonus, rather than having the casino come back to it afterward.

That said, the key question is whether the casino is actually allowed to apply its terms this way or whether this is unfair. That’s something our complaints team will assess once they get to your case, which I hope will be soon.

For now, we’ll have to wait for their assessment. Hopefully, they’ll be able to reach a fair conclusion together with the casino.

A 20% fee also seems quite high to me, so I’m not sure why the casino came up with that specific amount. Hopefully, everything will become clearer once the case has been reviewed.

Imagine finally hitting that 1,160x win on a €5 bet, only to watch it disappear. And as if that wasn’t enough, you are then subjected to further psychological pressure through situations like this.

Real predators. Their score here is unusually high considering how they generally treat players. However, I predict that within a reasonable amount of time, they will end up with a red flag and will no longer be able to use this platform to attract traffic to their casino or exploit players.

Regarding the 20%, you can clearly see it in my screenshot. I was forced to play down the balance; otherwise, the withdrawal request would not have been approved.

Do you know what the most ironic part is? Since the bonus had a maximum cashout of 5x €140, I was basically playing only against a guaranteed loss. If I had won anything during that process, that amount would also have been reduced to €700.

Yes, I understand what you mean. To be honest, it doesn’t seem particularly user-friendly to me either. I would probably structure the process differently, but this is how the casino has chosen to handle it. 😕

Let’s see what our team thinks about the situation and what they have to say about it. Personally, I would have expected the casino to require you to wager the deposit first and then the bonus.

For now, we’ll have to wait for the next update and see how the situation develops.

I still had €600 left. They "processed" a €500 withdrawal, but according to the casino, the remaining €100 could not be withdrawn. I ended up playing it away because I could see where this was heading. I will never play there again.

However, I still want an explanation as to why I was forced to wager money that had already been lost. I hope my case will be opened soon.

And why weren’t you allowed to withdraw the remaining €100 as well? What specific reason did the casino give you for that?

As for the situation itself, I’d also like to understand what happened, so let’s see whether the casino provides us with an explanation. I think it may take some time, though, as your complaint has only just been opened.

We’ll have to wait and see how it develops.
