I've relaunched my request to them so many times, I always get the same generic answers it seems, I'm really tired and fed up with all these excuses which are the same as the answers by the way. I really have no more patience 😔 I was supposed to receive emails saying that everything is in order and well nothing at all to date, great...

I'm wondering what your reasoning is for rating a casino like this so highly. Actually, such casinos should be blacklisted to protect players from them.
The terms and conditions are unfriendly to players and that's putting it nicely.

So how can the safety index be so incredibly high?
What kind of security can a casino with such low payout amounts offer me if I win a larger amount?
There's no security if I've won 10,000 euros and can withdraw 500 euros a day, which, by the way, depends on how quickly the support actually works.
I have a case where I now have to chase after money.

ich stelle mir die Frage, was die Grundlagen von euch sind, so ein Casino so gut zu bewerten. Eigentlich sollte man solche Casinos auf die Blackliste setzen und Spieler davor schützen.
Die AGB's sind Spielerunfreundlich und das ist noch nett ausgedrückt.
500 Euro Auszahlungslimit sagen da eindeutig genug zu aus.
Wie kann also der Sicherheitsindex so unfassbar hoch sein?
Welche Sicherheiten kann mir so ein Casino mit so niedrigen Auszahlungsbeträgen geben, wenn ich mal einen größeren Betrag gewonnen habe?
Da ist keine Sicherheit vorhanden, wenn ich 10.000 Euro gewonnen habe und 500 Euro am Tag auszahlen lassen kann, was übrigens davon abhängig ist, wie schnell der Support überhaupt arbeitet.
Ich habe so einen Fall, dass ich jetzt Geld hinterher laufen darf.
Warum? Weil bei der Registrierung gar nicht umfassend auf die AGB's hingewiesen wird, was seriöse Casinos aber tun.
Daher: FINGER WEG! Unseriös!
