I asked the operator to change his email address, but he refused, why? I was sick for many months in the hospital and all my phone numbers and e-mail addresses were deleted. Have you ever been in this situation???

Hello,

I'm sorry for your issues but would be good to stick with the complaint now, I'd guess.

As far as I can see it seems that you used a 3rd party payment option which is against the rules. Kindly mind that and from now on, always deposit in casinos with our personal payment options, please.
