I would like to clarify an important point — I have not gone down from VIP level at any stage.
My VIP status has remained consistent, and there has been no gradual decrease in activity or deposits within the platform that would justify a reduction in benefits or limits.
The change to a $1,000 CAD daily withdrawal limit was applied suddenly as part of the account review and reactivation process, not as a result of any natural VIP level adjustment.
Additionally, as a VIP player, such a low withdrawal limit is significantly below what I have experienced elsewhere and results in an unnecessarily extended withdrawal period for my remaining balance.
To confirm, withdrawals are being processed under the new limit, but my concern remains about the fairness and transparency of these newly applied conditions.
