I deposited €50 and received 100 free spins. From these free spins I had won 30 euros. then all of a sudden that money was gone. Customer service then credited me with another 100 free spins. I won 17 euros and they were gone. Customer service said they would forward it to the appropriate department. I then deposited again and received 100 free spins again. Another bonus of 50 euros. Both could not be activated. After another deposit the same game. I now have 200 free spins and 86 euros bonus. Both cannot be activated. the customer service always gives only standard answers that they forward it to the responsible department. I then wrote them to pay me back my bets and then they can keep their bonuses. Always the same answer. I should be patient. They passed it on.

Hi, I'm sorry you're in this situation. I see that support just wrote back to you to say that they have referred it to the appropriate department, which should sort it out. It seems strange to me, but until the casino gives a reasonable explanation, we can only guess what's going on.

If support does not respond, you can file a complaint with us and we will try to help you with your situation.

Could you please update us on how your situation is progressing? I think it would also help the players if they could read about your experience at this casino.

For now, I wish you the best of luck and hope that the situation will be resolved and you will not have any further problems with the casino.

I was considering trying out this casino but I was concerned about the max win per spin referred to on Casino.Guru.

However, I sent Empire.io an email regarding this, and now I am not sure this limit still applies. Below is the email exchange between myself and Empire.io.

Me:

Hi, I came across your casino website on Casino.Guru.

https://casino.guru/empire-io-casino-review

I would like to join your casino but there is a term stated in the above link which reads as follows:

"Empire.io Casino has a win limit of 1,000,000 ₮ per spin (game round). If you win more, you will not get the money exceeding the limit."

I just wanted to know if this rule still applies or if you have since removed or amended it, as it may affect my decision on whether to join.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello there and thank you for your concern. I have already informed our data team about it, and as the rule is just about the Live Crash game, not a general rule in the casino, the reason for the warning you are concerned about has vanished we believe. Thus, it was removed completely.

So thank you very much for the update 👌. Also if you have any other observation in the future, please let us know. Did you know that you can easily do it by scrolling down on the page, where you will find the right person to contact 😉? file

Let us know how did you go with the game as well 🙂.
