for kind information 1win uses a auth system to withdraw funds that they use our mail as a second confirmation by send a code i am talking about that
So do I understand it correctly that you have some balance in 1win, but in order to withdraw it, you need to add a code that they sent to your e-mail, but the code never comes or it comes too late?
Have you also tried checking your Promotions and Social tabs in Gmail? I often find e-mails from casino right there. Of course, you should also check your Spam file.
Hello,
try to check your spam folder as well as any other email folder called "promo" or "trash".
I feel that you should ask the casino's support for further help. There must be some way how to solve this.
Ask the casino and let us know.
I have the exact same problem did it get solved for you?
There's nothing in the spam folder or anywhere else, I've been in contact with support and they wanted me to change my mail address. To change my mail they needed an excessive amount of information. For example my card number, a screenshot of a receipt of my latest deposit from my bank etc. They told me the change would take 5 to 24 hours. It has now been over two days and nothing has changed.
When asked directly if this is a common problem they responded by closing the chat. So yeah make of that what you wish.
I'd love to suggest something useful, but I guess we both feel this is the casino's "playground" 🙁.
I thank you for bringing this issue to the community. Speaking of which, I wonder whether a similar issue can be found among recently submitted complaints.
Worth checking?
