Any casino that has problems with withdrawals or deposits is a scam. Even if the casino has a license, it is a scam.

A casino is a scam if you have problems with putting money in and out. Unless, of course, the player has broken the rules. If there are a lot of complaints like this one, it should be clearly stated as a scam. We should not give hope in vain. Casino guru's time and player's time are finite.

This casino's support either ignores or uses boilerplate delaying tactics. It's better to give up and play at another casino. At the very least, be sure to look at some of the review sites at the next casino you play. And don't look at ratings, but on player reviews. If it's a Casino Guru site, let's look at the discussion along with the review. You should stop playing at casinos where there is a topic of deposits and withdrawals

I just won $900 on Elegant spins casino and they canceled my withdrawal and took the whole amount off my account as well. They said it was because I had made another account after I made the withdrawal and unfortunately I did make another account to help my mom get her own account and I used my phone to make it and they took all my money saying it’s because I linked another account to my IP address…. Can they do this to me? I talked to customer service via chat and they said to email them to delete the other account and it would fix it but the same person who I spoke to on the chat was the same person that responded to the email and he said that all the funds are forfeited because it was a violation of their policy because it was won from bonus money that I played with. However it was not the original bonus money that I was trying to withdraw because I had already played through the bonus amount more than I had originally won. So I hate life rn cause I really needed that $900 and had already made some promises that now I can’t keep…. Can I sue for this money or how has anyone else gone about this kind of issue?

They absolutely can. And you have no recourse, especially if you're stateside. Believe me I tried. They took 3 times that from me and I spent well over a month trying to resolve the issue and complained and cried everywhere that would hear me and all I got was the rude awakening of realizing I was their latest victim. And don't trust Trust Pilot cuz they are willfully in cahoots with Elegant. Btw they took my money with no violation whatsoever. And ultimately said if I took down reviews on TP they would pay but I hadn't even wrote them til it'd been weeks of nonpayment without explanation. They only pay free bonus winnings with max cash outs occasionally to create the allusion of payment and Garner positive reviews but any substantial win won will be delayed indefinitely and ultimately voided without due cause.

Honestly, I hate to be the one to tell you this, but no matter what, they were not going to pay you. They just used that as an excuse, albeit, a good excuse at least better than the ones they gave me and other people that I've seen. Don't feel to bad. I deposited $75 hit a jackpot and had $6,700 on my account when they denied my withdraw and made my account balance $0.

What is sadder was that they did not seem to have any reason to do so, and did not even reply to us when we tried to contact them with your open complaint. 

A very sad story and one that I hope will not be repeated.

I started playing this site and logged almost 900,000 spins. I am a winner and never had much problems with the exception of them paying slowly. Starting the first of Sept I had 3 withdrawls pending at the same time. $1400 total. Well basically I was told that the withdraws were under review. it took me 2 months to get my money and then it was only after Alex who rules chat made a deal with me. If i deposit $200 he would release $500 well the first 2 transactions went smoothly but the third $420 I am still waiting for. In addition when i made the last 200 I hit a machine for 2300 when I attempted to withdraw that I was told i had played a table game which is not allowed and I forfeited my money. So in addition to being blackmailed into making a deposit to receive my money I had 2300 stolen. It also appears that the do not like negative review because another condition to getting my money was I remove a negative post i had made on trustpilot. I have had contact with Alex. Iris Sam,Dan. with all giving the same bs. I have been told so many times i would receive my money in 2 hrs I quit counting. I have txts transcripts of all conversations going back to Sept as proof. This site is so friendly at first u get hooked and then they got you so play there only if you plan on loosing
