That what Alex did to me they owed me 1420 said i deposited 200 would send me 500 I did this 3 times first 2 went smoothly then i got screwed on the third. But part of the deal was I remove a negative review on trustpilot pilot. They must fear trustpilot

Hello, I would like to mention that you are still owed money; please consider submitting an official complaint to address this matter. That is the way to actually prove how the casino behaved. As long as TP does not investigate players' issues, I would say it is still a platform where everyone can write anything. Good reviews truly do not mean there have not been many not so good. Besides, a good score does not guarantee that TP recognizes such companies as reliable. Those scores are based on others' reviews, not TP investigations.

Horrible scam casino. I tried to withdraw $209 instead of getting my money they put my balance to zero (it was$69) told me it was bc i had multiple accounts which was not allowed (I did not) play somewhere else they don't even have a license come to find out. Total s%$t casino

So, they didn't pay you anything because they said that you had multiple accounts, right?

If you'd like, you can file a complaint here, and even though this casino doesn't usually reply to our team, at least it will put their safety index even lower.

I have been back and forth with this site since Sept and my experience is detailed in my reviews. I am not able to file a complaint due to the search bar says the casino does not exist. I am attaching a screen shot of the casino and will gladly file a complaint as they owe me 800 dollars. Tell me how to file and I will gladly do so. My experience is so bizarre it is unbelievable but I have the receipts because I kept copies of all chats. The standard reply I receive is my case is under "review" and will be forwarded to the team.

As for the complaint, feel free to type into the bar where it says the casino doesn't exist, some other casino and in the post write the conceret one where you have a problem, and we'll fix it.

I have been hopeful that things would change and I would get paid beside being slow I had not had many issues. I have over 800 thousand spins and 139 transactions prior to all of this. I was on a good streak and had 3 cashouts pending when the excuses started. In regards to paying Alex who had taken over after my host was let loose. I had a great host who who too care of business her name was Emma. I was owed about 1400 at this point so Alex told me the way I could get some money was depositing 200 dollars and he would release 500. I did this 2 times and received 1000. I made my 3 installment hoping for the 450 or so left in my account. Hey 60 cents on the dollar is better that zero I was trying tom cut my loses. But even after making the 200 deposit I never received the last payment. While playing this money I ran. it up to 2400 after hitting for 2k on a game. When Intried to collect on this I was told Inhad used an illegal game which is total bullshit I played the same games I always played. I was told all I could collect was 2x my deposit and would forfit the other 2k. I knew that ai would never will this argument so Inhave only made an issue out of the 828 still

Thanks for the description. I don't think it should be a rule that if you want to withdraw money, you have to deposit it there. Under such conditions, you basically only withdraw a little more than you deposit. Then the casino resorted to accusing you of playing games you weren't supposed to, meaning you used some kind of bonus? 

As for the complaint, did you try what I advised you to do?

yes I filed a complaint.

But I can’t seem to find it You must understand that I filed it under another Casino name the wrote the complaint against Elegant in the body as this casino was not an option. I am an experienced player and understand the bonuses etc as I indicated I had almost 1 million spins with this site until they just quit paying me. I have kept transcripts of all the conversations as evidence but do not see where my complaint is. If it is not current and active please advise me and I will refile it. I am determined not to just let this go and will do anything necessary to collect my winning itbis a matter af principle.

If you can't find the casino, that's okay, just pick another one you see there and write in the text which one it is specifically and what your problem is. Leave the proofs for us. If you have a problem filing a complaint, let me know what's going on.

Thank you I will redo it and I also have a recent email from them acknowledging they owe me but it is under review and offered me money to play with only 5x playthrought however I would not play it because I am afraid the would say I mixed funds which is definitely a violation of everyone’s TOS
