When was your last successful withdrawal? I withdrew a few months ago; withdrawing cryptocurrency doesn't take as long as I expected. I haven't received any email replies, which is very frustrating. I've also submitted a complaint. My KYC email verification has been completed, but I don't know when the video verification you mentioned was. I saw your complaint; it was from a month ago.

I registered with EGB in June 2025, placed bets, and completed KYC verification. I successfully withdrew my winnings. Recently, on December 28, 2025, I deposited over $1000 USD. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, I was told the tournament was canceled and my profits were deducted. The website administrator cited their regulations, saying that even though I had won, I was still deducted. I was told I needed to re-verify my KYC, which I did, providing the required documents. They even replied via email that my verification was complete and asked me to complete a 2.5x turnover on games with points, which I did. I didn't claim any winnings during this period, but I was lucky enough to win $4000 USD in Blackjack. However, I can't withdraw my winnings now. The website is inaccessible. I contacted online customer service, who told me to email them, but my email went unanswered; the website is currently unresponsive.

Hey, in this case, I would file a complaint if the withdrawal is blocked even though you have fulfilled all their requirements and verified again. 

Also, if they tell you to send an email but don't respond, that's not a good sign and doesn't show good communication on their part, so that's the route I would definitely take.

Neither the casino nor the forums have responded. My account already has $5,000. But they deliberately disabled cryptocurrency withdrawals. This is no different from fraud.

I wouldn't continue playing if I can recommend it. So if they froze crypto withdrawals, did you try to ask them how you could withdraw your money? 

As for the response, if you mean that no one responded to your complaint, there is a timer at the top right that always counts down to a response.

They're doing the same thing to me. They just finished my KYC but disabled all the non-P2P withdrawal including crypto which was what I originally used for deposit. This really is a blatant fraud.

They are very shady. Crypto deposits are working, withdrawals are not. Also other cashout methods like skrill are not enabled as well, basically they just enabled P2P so the money will come from others and not them. I asked them to enable crypto and other non-P2P withdrawals and I got this reply:
