They denied my withdrawal. They say I need to do KYC. I don't know why this had to take 6 days to trigger, and I remember I already did the KYC a few years ago. Is this standard practice to do multiple KYCs?

This what the status means from their FAQ:
In the withdrawal section, you can track the status of your requests:
Accepted – the request has been sent for processing and can be canceled.
In progress – the withdrawal is being processed, and the funds will be received shortly.
Completed – the transaction is complete, the money has been credited.
Denied – check your details or email, clarification may be required.
Canceled – the request has been canceled by you.
So basically, they have not updated my withdrawal request for 6 days. It was just today that it got denied due to verification request. I opened a complaint to help expedite and document the process. I am just concerned after reading some other complaints.
Yes, it is possible, especially if you say that you did KYC a few years ago. The casino has the right to perform additional verification.
The fact that it took six days is probably unnecessary when they could have done it immediately and asked you for the documents.
In any case, you must successfully complete this process in order to receive your money.
I understand the KYC part. I'm just hoping they send clear instructions immediately, instead of just a generic "account needs verification" message, and provide clear guidance on which documents they need. But I've already emailed them and sent some documents proactively; hopefully, this helps speed up the process. I still have a little bit of faith in this casino.
I hope so too. Have you tried looking to see if there is anything in the Terms and Conditions, for example, what format the documents need to be in, and so on?
Actually, they already responded to me. They need a photo of me with a handwritten note, together with proof of name and address. I think this is pretty standard, and I'm glad they are swift to respond this time.
So if communication on their part has improved and if it is more positive, then I am happy too.
I hope that the verification will soon be successfully behind you. If that happens, feel free to let me know. 🙂
Still waiting for their update. They asked additional docs and have not responded for 3 days (I dunno, maybe they don't work on weekends). But again, it would have been nice if they had just asked for all the documents at once to avoid delays.
It is quite possible that these processes are not carried out on weekends. I guess they won't need any more documents from you.
Let's wait.
I registered with EGB in June 2025, placed bets, and completed KYC verification. I successfully withdrew my winnings. Recently, on December 28, 2025, I deposited over $1000 USD. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, I was told the tournament was canceled and my profits were deducted. The website administrator cited their regulations, saying that even though I had won, I was still deducted. I was told I needed to re-verify my KYC, which I did, providing the required documents. They even replied via email that my verification was complete and asked me to complete a 2.5x turnover on games with points, which I did. I didn't claim any winnings during this period, but I was lucky enough to win $4000 USD in Blackjack. However, I can't withdraw my winnings now. The website is inaccessible. I contacted online customer service, who told me to email them, but my email went unanswered; the website is currently unresponsive.
Is it only the withdrawal page that is inaccessible? I have this same problem too but they disabled it because I need to undergo KYC verification. They will enable it after the verification, but don't expect everything to happen fast. They are very slow in processing both KYC and withdrawal.
My KYC verification has been completed, but the withdrawal page is still inaccessible, even though I've met the website's turnover requirements. Online customer service only tells me to send an email and then closes the chat window.
I also completed my KYC verification and successfully withdrew my funds a few months ago. I wonder if this delay is due to me winning too much.
Did you already have the video verification? I am also trying to withdraw 6k+ usd. I have successful withdrawal before and have done KYC before as well. But I'm redoing it I'm assuming because it was done years ago and that I won a lot this time. I think they are intentionally delaying the KYC process for me and I'm expecting the withdrawal to be as slow. This is actually getting frustrating.
I haven't done video verification. My last withdrawal was a few hundred dollars, and I did KYC (Know Your Customer). This time it's $4000, and I received an email confirming that my KYC has been approved. However, I still can't withdraw the money. This is so frustrating!
I am 100% sure they will have you do the video verification (just to delay your withdrawal further). Same thing happened to me:
December 4 -> tried to withdraw
December 6 -> withdrawal rejected due to incomplete bet turnover
December 9 -> completed the turnover and requested withdrawal $6088
Mid December -> rejected due to KYC
Mid Deember -> document KYC request done
Late December -> still disabled due to pending security video verification
Late December -> video verification done and awaiting result until now MID JANUARY!
Are there any other solutions? I just want my winnings back. I successfully withdrew my winnings last time without video verification.
Nothing we can do but wait. You can create a complaint here in Casino Guru so you can track the progress of your withdrawal. But really, I don't think that helps speed things up.
That's really bad luck. What game did you win money from? I play live casino games, and I've never encountered such a slow withdrawal process. This is practically fraud.
I won the most in esports betting. I used to have good experience with this site before, but looking back, it was due to these withdrawals being small and using P2P. Now that the amount is substantial, the expererience is different and it's very frustrating talking with them as they rarely respond.
