I encountered the same thing; after verification, cryptocurrency withdrawals were disabled. This casino is a scam.

Yes, from what I've seen, you're in the same situation. I hope that the complaint will help you both and that the issue can be resolved.🙂

They are very shady. Crypto deposits are working, withdrawals are not. Also other cashout methods like skrill are not enabled as well, basically they just enabled P2P so the money will come from others and not them. I asked them to enable crypto and other non-P2P withdrawals and I got this reply:

Hello,

We have to inform that the crypto withdrawals can be temporally unavailable. Please, use any another system for withdrawal. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Best Regards

They only enabled these methods for me

And none of them are acceptable to you?

Please check these two posts; we're experiencing the same thing: cryptocurrency withdrawals are disabled; payments are being deliberately delayed; and P2P withdrawals are simply ineffective. That's why we're seeking help here.

I'll explain what they are doing:

  • They are only enabling P2P which means I have to wait for people to deposit to get my money.
  • Nobody is using P2P, because it's easier to deposit via crypto, skrill, paypal, etc. directly (not p2p)
  • This means if I withdraw 6.3k dollars on a dead casino, it's going to take years to withdraw everything!
  • This is basically a scam? They're appearing as legit, but I can't technically get my money out through these cashout method. Why don't they want to pay me? Why are they relying on other people's deposit to pay me?

Sure, both complaints were resolved, and the casino responded to one of them, so I believe that yours and the other player's will be just as successful. 🙂

Thank you for the additional information.

I don't know why the casino handles withdrawals this way, but I believe that with our help, you will be able to resolve the issue.

Your complaint is already at the stage where the casino is responding, so I believe it will have a happy ending.

fileThis response is extremely disappointing. EGB is deliberately closing withdrawal channels to delay and refuse payments. There are already many posts here where this is done intentionally. Cryptocurrency withdrawals were possible before I won money.

That is true, prior to winning, all the other options (Skrill, Neteller, Crypto, etc.) are all available. If it's available for deposit, it should be available for withdrawal as well cos if it's geographically blocked, why am I allowed to use it to give them money using that method? That's just unfair.

Please try to cooperate with the casino as much as possible so you can get your winnings.

Is it possible for you to do it, please?

It really might seem unfair, but if there is a bigger chance that you can get your money, you should go with the casino, in my opinion.

I have fully cooperated with the casino's KYC verification process and passed. The problem is that the casino has disabled cryptocurrency withdrawals. Withdrawals are no longer possible.

The casino isn't cooperating and is insisting that the payment methods are unavailable.

Given the circumstances and its actual low Safety Index, it may not be a coincidence. Best to stick with the complaints. Thank you for sharing that here, though; newcomers need to see this.

For anyone struggling with payouts in this casino, please consider submitting a complaint. It may not be necessary in the end; however, it is better to have a backup, I reckon.

Hello, why is casino guru siding with casino illegally holding my funds? EGB is giving me withdrawal options where I can't withdraw my funds, is that legal? I have the same concern as maxhuang. Can I get a different complaint specialist for my case?

Look at their rating and complaints... it's obviously weird casino

I know it's a weird casino. But casino guru siding with a weird casino is weirder to me. They wanna close my complaint without consequences to the casino, that's much much weirder.

Hello treeku.

You see, perhaps the problem lies in the expectations. We are not lawyers, which means that I or my colleagues do not approach the withdrawal from some legal standpoint. We adhere to the Fair Gambling Codex instead. The way I see the situation, you willingly deposited in a casino with a low safety index, and now you are saying that the withdrawals are not proceeding as expected. Well, it makes sense, because the casino is not very trustworthy, at least now, based on its review:

file

I believe we're saying the same thing here.

Your complaint, if we focus on facts, progressed to the point where you were advised to use one of the alternative payment options available to you. I understand you have a preferred payment option for the withdrawal, but it does not appear to be available anymore. However, this does not necessarily imply that the casino is unwilling to pay you. It appears that you prefer not to use a different option.
