How do I file a complaint? I placed a sports bet on May 5th...on May 10th the bet was a winner of €5,023...dudespin paid me €2,400, now the remaining €2,623 is missing...€2,100 is the withdrawal I requested and it has been in progress for 13 days.

Dudespin casino does not deserve the rating they have been given. I received a bonus amount of $97. Now to use that $97 the wager amount was $6973 before it was converted from casino balance to real balance. At the time this conversion happened i had winnings of $4000. When it switched to real balance i was credited the total amount of $973. For an amount of $97 given to me as a bonus they received $10k. Appalling to say the least. Never have I had this outcome with any other online casino

As if the amount they receive from the required wager amount isn't enough. This casino claims to want to give back to their customers but what they do is legally fleece the winnings and pay it back to their own bank account. Do not fund this shameful behaviour.

Hi, I don't know what you're thinking, but what you're describing isn't what you think it is. It's normal for you to clear a bonus with wagering requirements, win some money, and then have that money deducted because the bonus had a maximum cashout limit. But what you wager doesn't go to the casino or anything like that. That’s a pretty big misconception. So you need to learn how casinos or bonuses work.🙂
