Good morning everyone, after 16 days I received the three withdrawals totaling €2,100. Now I have another €700 to withdraw. For those like me who are trying to withdraw funds and need to do so in multiple installments, I advise you to pay attention to the terms and conditions. Dudespin may cancel your withdrawals if it doesn't have a minimum wager of €20 in the month when you request a withdrawal. Article 6.7 Terms and Conditions.
Great, so at least part of the money has arrived, even if it took quite a while. But it’s here. Let’s wait and see when the rest comes.
As for the terms you mentioned, did the casino say anything to you about this now that you bring it up?
Hi Jaroslav, no, the casino hasn't told me anything. It's clearly stated in the terms and conditions that withdrawals are affected by the player's VIP level and gaming activity. They clearly state that if you don't wager a minimum of €20 during the month when you request a withdrawal, they can cancel your withdrawals because all withdrawals are subject to a minimum monthly wagering requirement. This is especially true for those with large winnings that take more than a month to clear. My advice is to absolutely avoid playing on this platform (which is a shame, because their bonuses and promotions are valid), but if you play and win large sums, do a minimum amount of gaming activity because this affects your withdrawals (again, it's clearly stated in the terms and conditions). I personally thank Dudespin because this negative experience has made me disgusted by these casinos and made me want to give up gambling. Have a good day.
I guess I’m not really surprised. I know that a deposit wager is common in casinos, but I suppose it depends a lot on the specifics.
As for your take on it, I think not playing is probably the best option. That way, you’ll come out of the whole situation a winner.
Hi slamd90,
thanks for sharing your update. I’m glad to hear that you received your three withdrawals after 16 days.
May I ask which withdrawal method you used?
In my case, I am now again waiting for more than 3 weeks for my currently pending withdrawals. My oldest open credit card withdrawal was requested on May 15th and has still not been processed.
I also had two bank withdrawals that were marked as completed but did not actually arrive in my bank account. Both were later returned to my Dudespin balance due to payment processing issues.
Based on my experience so far, the stated processing time of 3 business days has not been realistic.
Hi Fortuneplayer, I only use Skrill for deposits and withdrawals. With Skrill, the payment is instant once the casino approves the request. However, with credit/debit cards or bank accounts, once the casino approves the withdrawal, there are additional delays that slow down the process even further, and sometimes they can be declined by the banks. I recommend using Skrill or other e-wallets in the future.
I hope your funds arrive soon.
Good day
Just because the money has been debited from your account doesn't necessarily mean the casino has received it right away. So try waiting a little while and then check with them. You should definitely receive it, but sometimes it can take a while.
Good morning everyone, today, after another 18 days, I received the last two missing withdrawals from Dudespin, €500 and €200, requested on June 4th and June 5th. To recap, it took them 43 days to complete all the payments to withdraw €5,200 (the winnings were dated May 10th). Everything was processed via Skrill. Avoid, folks, or arm yourself with a lot of patience. Have a good day.
Thanks for letting me know how it turned out. It sounds like it was quite a challenging time, but sometimes players just can't avoid these things. At least you know how long it takes here.
On the other hand, I'm glad you got everything.
I hope there will be as few situations like this as possible.
Take care.🙂
