I have checked the spam emails and no emails in carbage mail.

account is fully verified but they have closed my account so cannot double check the matter.

Dudespin casino is unacceptable, it's probably a scam, I've been waiting for my money since Saturday, it's Friday and they're still giving me excuses that a small volume of requests will delay it, I'll probably never see my money.

Hello, so it seems we have no clue about why the casino closed your account. However, it makes sense that the casino closed the account because they do not also intend to pay the money, I reckon.

So, to summarize it, if the account was closed, winnings were voided and you have no idea why that happened, I would certainly wait for the complaint to get to the bottom of the issue. It was certainly a good decision on your part; now we need to understand why the casino chose this closure.

Perhaps a question: when you were in touch with any person fromthis casino, what was it about?

Hello, I would not go that far just yet. If the casino admits they are in delay, it usualy mena they aim to pay. When a casino has no intention of paying, it usually comes up with a rejection without any hesitation.

But I understand your feelings, and if nothing happens in the next 7 days, I recommend complaining.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I have a pending withdrawal of over €400.

Current balance: 0.21. I cannot make a new deposit. Operation failed.

a short update regarding my case:

By now, 3 withdrawals have been processed. So on the positive side, there is some movement and withdrawals do not seem to be completely ignored.

However, based on my experience, players should be prepared for a very long processing time. In my case, each withdrawal took around 3 to 4 weeks to be processed.

My current impression is: Dudespin does process withdrawals, but the process is very slow and not very transparent.

Hi, so why can't you make a deposit, or why do you want to deposit more money while you're waiting for a withdrawal? Have you tried contacting the casino to explain that you're having a problem? 

It's great to see that things are finally moving forward, and we can breathe a sigh of relief that he received some money. That’s definitely what matters most in the end.

On the other hand, I also know that it’s important for players to stay informed, so it doesn’t take forever to get their money and other things.

Hi, there's no news as of today. I requested three withdrawals totaling €2,100 (requested on May 19, 20, and 21, respectively). I hope they'll pay me these three withdrawals by Friday. I'll keep you updated.

Really bad casino, I've been waiting for withdrawals for 8 days. They promise and claim that there is a rush now. I don't recommend this casino to anyone.

Hi, I know it's hard to wait so long for your funds. I had to wait 9 days for my first 3 withdrawals... and now I'm waiting for another 3 withdrawals, and I've been waiting exactly 9 days. The casino hopes you'll cancel the withdrawals. You gamble the money and lose. Don't do that. It takes time, but they paid me the last time. Please be patient. I know it's difficult.

If you ask the bank and Revolut for a chargeback just because you have to wait a few days, then you’d better be careful. It’s not right to wait for money from the casino and also request a chargeback. Because if you end up getting both, I don’t think that would be acceptable and you can have issues. And just because you see that it takes the casino a while to pay out the money, I certainly wouldn’t say it’s a scam or anything like that.
