I've never taken a bonus. The playthough is too high. I live in New Mexico and have yet to find a bank that will cash the check. Walmart won't do it, check cashing establishment won't do it. I reached out like a week ago and they said they stopped payment and would return the money to my DL account so as to use an alternate method of withdrawal. Nothing yet 🧐

Well , I also saw that you had a problem with the withdrawal a couple of weeks ago. You managed to solve that one. Are you solving the same thing now or is it something else ? You know that if you need help, you can contact us and we will see what we can do. 

Anyway, do you have an alternative that you could use ? 🤔

I'm waiting to see if they refund my account so that I can try to withdrawal via bitcoin. If that doesn't help I will reach out. Thank you for your concern and replies. Its nice to know someone cares.

Maybe one more question, can't you cancel the withdrawal and enter a new one ? It wouldn't be the best idea and I'd think like you and let it pass or not, but it was just my thought. 🤷‍♂️

Update.. They credited my account so I'm attempting to use the last form of withdrawal. Bitcoin. They say 2 days so I'll keep you posted. Thanks again. 😀

Update. The money was transferred to my coinbase within 2.5 days. I was then able to transfer to my checking which just posted. Finally. Thanks for all your support. Couldn't have done without you. My advice is if your gonna gamble outside of the USA do it with Bitcoin. Thanks again!

Great news, I'm honestly happy that you managed to withdraw the money after some time. 

I also think the advice is spot on and I hope if some other player who finds himself in a similar situation comes through this thread it will help him. 

Anyway, are you going to stay playing here even after this experience ?

First they take 7 grand out of my account , claiming I clicked a $100.00 free chip. That brought my balance down to Five grand. I couldn’t withdraw because of time frame issues. Second, why would I even consider clicking a hundred dollar free chip with a balance of 12 thousand? They came up with so many excuses, and lies. In the end, I was booted out of the golden goose club. Yes, I got nasty, the scripted verses, and skating around issues. Not one of the host helped with any resolution. I truly believe the hosts, are given no opportunity to help resolve issues.i was promised a call from a manager, never got one. I did receive an erroneous email from a host. The comical part is ,she never put her credentials at the bottom of the email, as they all do. Big give away! So, shortly after this debacle, I go and put $450. 00 on my chime card, and try and deposit to the casino. It was taken immediately. I called chime, and they said it was from me overdrawing my account. I was flabbergasted. I never got a notification, or was aware of such an instance. I further checked my deposits, and matched them up. Went through the procedure of filing a dispute, and it was found that I was right. One of the reasons I like to use chime, is the added fees for international use is never charged. Last night I went to deposit at duckyluck, and was not given the option of a card. Only bitcoin, or Alt. I chatted with an agent, he off course said he would email me in 15 minutes. As he was escalating this issue. Famous last words of this casino! You rarely here back. I waited about an hour, got back on chat, and found out my account is disabled because of a charge back!! Really? This is rather profound, considering they ripped 7 thousand out of my account, and I have no retribution, but boy oh boy, I win a rightfully owed dispute, and they want all my records. I must add, they constantly begged for my bank records, and would not relent, as I wasn’t going to give them access to my banking. I assured them Chime was taking care of it. They have a better and more sufficient way of balancing than I do. It’s appalling to think that I would be denied, and yet, they still owe me 7 grand. Another note about the 5 grand I was left in my account. On the day I was to be able to withdraw. I could only use one $2500 withdrawal. I usually do a $2500 , wire, and a $2500 courier check. Oh!!! They said it wasn’t posted as paid. The crooks, and scheming rats, always thinking on how to screw you. Now I will be bombarded with emails from them, begging for my bank records again. Sorry ducky luck! You aren’t worthy of such personal information.

I understand they don’t have a license. If true, how can they operate on an international scale?

Hi, in this whole case I would like to ask you if you have thought about lodging a complaint with us when you say that the casino has unfairly cheated you out of your money. 

I find the whole situation a bit convoluted, but let me ask you a question. If the casino wants bank records from you, isn't that part of the verification to be able to withdraw money ? 

As far as the license is concerned, the casino doesn't have one, so the answer is that even though they don't have one, they can operate because it's not a requirement.

Of course I verified my banking numbers etc, to get paid. They wanted transcripts. I was not will to provide them with my whole account information.

The fact of the matter is my account had over $12 thousand dollars in it. I went to read the rules on my promotion, and it was gone. They said I clicked a hundred dollar free chip. First off, during a promotion, you can’t add too that promotion. Secondary, what in the heck would I click in a free chip with 12 thousand dollars in my account. I have and had repeatedly ask for my money to be put back in my account. The lame excuses are sometimes the system generates this, because of to much money in your account. They still stand firm on this. I find it nefarious!!

On a good note, they resume my playing rights. I disputed a charge, and they did find I was correct.

I wrote a review and gave duckyluck 4 stars three months ago. I've been a member for almost 2 years and play on their site occasionally, but not regularly. This is mainly because they don't have the specific slots that I like to play.

As far as payouts go, I haven't had any problems. Recently, I had some good luck and my account balance reached $36,100. The maximum withdrawal for Bitcoin is $2500 per week.

I was able to request 5 Bitcoin withdrawals at once, each for $2500, and received a payment into my Bitcoin wallet every week without any issues. When the 4th week came around, I submitted another 5 bitcoin withdrawal request. I just wish the withdrawal limit was higher.

Also, the delays of pay out for me were outrageously long. As per their rules, you can get net withdrawal after a completed withdrawal. Thus, that turn around can be 3 to 4 weeks for wire, or courier check. The hosts always says it is at the processor, and they have no connection with them. I find that refutely insane. So, they have no communication ?

Good day, Bitcoin has its benefits and problems. It can be a steep learning curve to first get into it ( understanding blockchain lingo, gas fees, creating wallets, using exchanges ) ... but once it is working it is USUALLY quick and simple for most people to transfer or convert funds.

USUALLY? I am in the minority that it is not easy for. I live in Texas, but my work has me traveling a lot to other states. When I am away from home, both the casinos and the bitcoin exchanges know (router information, etc) I am not where I am supposed to be and it quickly becomes a mess of trying to prove I am really myself or a flat out refusal to do anything for me until I return to texas and re-make the request. Not fun.

Hello there. I am not an expert in cryptocurrency. I have a basic understanding, and I am still learning.

I convert bitcoin to cash using a cryptocurrency platform. I find this method the most convenient, but the fees can be higher and vary depending on the platform. I choose to use Bitcoin because I don't have to provide the casino with a copy of my credit/debit card or bank statement.

Another thing I've started doing is submitting my documents for verification immediately when I find a casino that interests me. If there is one thing that ruins the enjoyment of winning, it's having to wait.
