The first one was on February 9th for 1000 euros... I cancelled it myself after 14 days.
Now, since February 16th, I've received €500... the same excuses keep coming up... then I have two more payouts pending, one for €300 and one for €200.
The 200 euros should have been paid out yesterday.
Hello, and what exactly has the casino told you, please? Also do not cancel any more withdrawals; it usually only helps the casino prolong the procedure.
I suggest we focus on why this has happened thus far, specifically how the casino explains the problem to you.
They keep saying there's a high volume of payouts right now, which is why processing is taking so long. They always say your payout is coming soon, but nothing ever happens.
Well, to be honest, that is precisely why most of the withdrawals can be delayed, and it is also the less problematic situation. Just imagine the casino would tell you that you broke some rules and won't pay out.
I understand you assume the casino is just delaying, but it could be the real matter here. Given the circumstances, do not cancel any other withdrawal, please.
For now, try to be patient.
Well, if you ask this way, the most honest answer is "until the casino is capable of paying." Delay can be unpredictable. From the more practical perspective, though, you may consider the information mentioned in your complaint as a form of answer.
I understand it may seem bad at this point; on the other hand, we shall see what comes next, and if the casino fails to resolve that clearly, my colleagues will step in.
Maybe if you try to think about something else for a couple of days, it will feel less intense.
Hello, you are not the only one, I fear. Did you read the other posts in this thread? Let me know if you find similarities. In my opinion, you have to wait like others. This casino seems to be slow in payouts.
I guess the casino needs to resolve this, and, of course, we all hope they will do so as soon as possible. Many players have been in a similar position and I understand it is not convenient.
Please let us know when you receive something new from the casino.
I see, an empathetic response; funds are safe. I would, however, appreciate something more concrete.
Well, let's wait then.
It's good to know I'm not the only one who's been waiting for their payment for several weeks. In my case, it's only €500, and I submitted my application on February 23rd. Simply embarrassing in this day and age…
Multiple emails and chat contacts, always with the same message (rest assured your money will arrive), blah blah blah… I believe this is a scam and am publicly warning against this casino!
If the status changes this week and the money is in my account, I will retract this post.
P.S. Simply embarrassing… 😁

If you've been waiting several weeks, to be honest, I would leave this post here even if the casino paid you, but I would add that they eventually gave you the money. It's not a bad thing to share your experience so that others can see what to expect.
