I thought I would review this casino for everyone as I have used them for a year now.


Layout:


Quite good! You can sort by provider, live casino, type of games and recent games.


Customer service:


Amazing! They are very friendly! And you can usually have a bonus everything you ask, and they have a bonus every other day + 10% cashback on your losses on Thursday, no wagering.


Slots availability:


Unfortunatley here is where they get most deductions from me. They have almost all providers, but they are missing ELK.


And my biggest grip is that they have opted to run lower RTP versions on many of their providers, big ones like Pragmatic, Play and Go, Thunderkick and Blueprint, some of the Blueprint ones are running at a shocking 92%!


If they changed that, it would be almost 10/10 for me personally.


Talking about their slots, they do seem to do something really weird though, and I have not gotten answer from them.


It seems, if you win "big" they tend to remove the slot from the catalogue, it's very bizzare as we all know it's random. Fire in the Hole 2, Tanked, Ghost Glyph (a very low volatile slot, but I hit 600x and within 30 min it was gone! No explanation) and Dead Men Walking is a few that comes to mind. I flagged this months ago, they blamed it on the provider having maintenence but that's not true. Not sure it's a licencing thing or what but it's very strange.


Other notes:


They are VPN friendly.


Cashout is Instant, I'm UK and it hits your bank account within minutes usually. They do take a fee, and they have max limits of 1000 Euros a day, but if you are regular you get that raised. I'm not sure what mine is, but I've withdrawn thousands in one day and not been an issue.


Responsibile gaming:


They used to have a self coolout function, where you could block yourself for 24 hours. This has been removed.. stating that players used it wrongly.. ? Dosen't seem right with me, but you can contact support and they can block you if you wish.



Overall a very good casino, VPN friendly, instant cashouts, most slots. But unfortunatley low RTP on some, and some bizzare slot removals which never got explained.


Would recommend.
