I've been waiting for a payout since October 16th, they just aren't being processed, they just keep saying that they're working as quickly as possible, it's just ridiculous after over 10 days!!

Hi, how do you mean they are changing the RTP ? RTP cannot be changed daily or however the casino feels like. They only have the option at some providers to choose what RTP they will offer if there are more options.
However, what RTP do the games from Pragmatic provider mentioned in your screenshot have ? 🤔
But that was the only positive thing. Since my last post I have made 50 deposits there up to today. I haven't had a free spin on Big Bass Splash for 5 deposits. Always around 200 to 300 spins. All of them just ran out. There must be something not quite right here. So I think there hasn't been an RTP for months.

You can almost always only win in the bonus game. If there is no RTP and RNG, are there only dead spins or am I wrong?
Well, if the slot didn't have RTP or had low RTP then probably many spins would be dead that's true. But I don't think this should be the case. Did you try to ask the casino about the RTP of the slot or is it not visible somewhere ? 🙂
