So far I've withdrawn 5 times but everything was ok 4 days ago I had something withdrawn and they told me I should do a verification and submitted all the necessary documents then they said I would get an email within 48 hours but that I didn't received, I contacted them again and always got the same answer. around 84 hours have passed since I submitted the documents. and still not verified.
