Today they passed the verification of 2 of the 4 documents, but they cancelled all 3 of my withdrawals.

Personally, I wouldn't request any more withdrawals. Unless you're verified, you won't be able to withdraw the money anyway. What I would do is wait until you're verified, and then I'd request the withdrawals again.

this sounds exactly like what another casino did a while back. they pay out the first $100 or so to gain trust (like JDunkley03 said) and then freeze everything else behind endless verification loops. the whole "your bank declined the transfer" line is a classic delay tactic. vee.franky keep hammering them, 2.5 weeks is ridiculous but getting that first chunk out is a good sign.

Once again withdrawal canceled verification not complete... they are thieves scammers, they do not respond to emails on chat you only speak with a boot so do not play on this platform.

I have also been waiting 3 weeks for verification to be completed, they’ve cancelled it 4 times now, I have given everything that’s asked and has worked on every other casino. They are indeed scammers, I’ll be amazed if any of us get our winnings.

It’s impossible to speak to an actual person, it’s all powered by AI on their site, how they are getting away with any of this is beyond me.
