Hi Radka,

Please can you help me. The casino are not accepting my proof of address which I have uploaded a bank statement and a government issued document. They are saying I need a phone, gas or electricity bill. I have attached their policy which shows they accept bank statements as proof of address. This has been going on since the 6th of May so 13 days now.file

Hello, I understand the logic behind confronting support with their own rules, but I would like to say that in my opinion and based on my experiences, it is probably about why the casino does not accept the bank statement as proof of address. It may be that they actually need two official documents with the exactly same address. That's a very common situation. Do you perhaps know what is behind the request?

Are the addresses stated on the bank-issued statement exactly the same as on your other personal document and the same as the one you registered in the casino? I would double-check that before opposing the casino. Otherwise, it may be another source of delay in this situation.

Sadly, it is also a common situation. Casinos, except for some crypto transfers, do not send money before the previous deposit with the same card. 🙁 But I guess I understand what made you try this.

The casino should provide a working payment option instead of leaving you to experiment on your own. I view that as a basic function of casino support.

What did you deposit with? The only option for withdrawals in mine is the method I deposited with which is bank transfer?

If you upload a utility bill (phone bill etc.) they WILL accept it, but they will find another excuse to continue kyc loop

So if I upload a utility bill they will accept it and pay my withdrawal? Or they will accept that and then come up with something else. Thing is my utility bills aren’t in my name so I am just in the process of getting my phone contract to my name and will have a bill by 1st June

I know, i was exactly in the same position as you. They may approve one document and then they will reject another so they don't pay you, unfortunately. I have a final chance of getting answers as my complaint depends on the answer from the Casino in the next hour. Ill let you know what happened
