Cusco casino email and employees on the live chat do not respond to my request from last month to my request to refund my money, the situation has been going on for a month, I gave all my details and received nothing back, not via the email and nothing via live chat they are not willing to cooperate with my refund request from a month ago it concerns an amount of 580 euros that they are not allowed to accept because I am a Dutch player they are operating illegally they do not have a permit for this and in addition I am listed in cruks and I am known as a problem player they know about this they indicate via trustpilot that they are willing to cooperate via email if I send an email directly to them firstly they expressly gave the wrong email address but I had already emailed the right person there before, I had already submitted the request and sent everything in terms of data, then you send them a few more emails at their request here via Trustpilot that they want to cooperate, but still no response to my emails at all and not even if you ask for it again in the live chat, den is also not willing to answer via the live chat and have made several print screens of this in the past month, to this day I have still not received my money back, no updates received a refund via email and did not receive any help via live support. The only solution to get me to stop reporting this is that I get my money back on my bank account number as soon as possible. It concerns all my deposits around 580 euros. the previous month of March that were deposited and they therefore caught a problem player without a license from a cruks and knowing this, be careful people, they are scammers

Cusco casino email en medewerkers op de live chat reageren niet terug op mijn verzoek van de vorige maand op mijn verzoek om mijn geld terug te betalen de situatie speelt al een maand heb al mijn gegevens gegeven en niks maar dan ook niks terug gekregen niet via de email en niks via live chat ze zijn niet bereid om mee te werken aan mijn terugbetaling verzoek van een maand geleden het gaat om een bedrag van twv 580 euro die ze niet mogen aannemen omdat ik een Nederlandse speler ben ze zijn illegaal bezig ze hebben geen vergunning hiervoor en daarnaast sta ik in cruks vermeld en ben ik bekend als probleemspeler zij weten hiervan ze geven via trustpilot aan dat ze bereid zijn mee te werken via de email als ik een email direct stuur naar ze ten 1ste gaven ze express een verkeerd email adress maar ik had de juiste al eerder gemaild daar al het verzoek neergelegd en alles heen gestuurd aan gegevens vervolgens stuur je dus op hun verzoek hier via trustpilot dat ze mee willen werken opnieuw een paar emails maar dan nog word er totaal niet op mijn emails terug gereageerd en ook dus niet als je er weer om vraagt bij de live chat den is ook niet bereid tot antwoorden via de live chat en heb meerdere printscreens hiervan gemaakt de afgelopen maand ik heb tot op de dag van vandaag nog altijd mijn geld niet terug gekregen geen updates via de email terug gekregen en geen hulp via live support gekregen de enige oplossing om mij hiermee te laten stoppen met dit aan te geven is dat ik zo snel mogelijk mijn geld terug op mijn bankrekeningnummer krijg het gaat om al mijn stortingen rond de 580 euro van de vorige maand maart die gestort zijn en ze dus zonder vergunning van een cruks een probleemspeler gepakt hebben en hiervan wetende zijn pas dus goed op mensen zij zijn oplichters

They answered only when everybody can read with the situation but nothing at my emails and nothing with my conversation at their live support and message what i leave behind they lied that they are willing to help me they dont wanna help me already a month nothing send me back at my emails or live chat
