Hi, we rarely get feedback, hence it would be just a wild guess if I try to answer your question.

I could not find any sort of support either, sadly I'm not quite familiar with this company and how it operates.

I guess that patient waiting is the only option. 🤔

yes thanks anyway There's no other way. Incidentally, I still get invitation emails from Crypto loko.tzz ... nice weekend

If you get the reply from CDS share it here on the forum, please. I'm quite sure that it may be useful to others one day. Wish good luck and a great day!

Strange, you can check the address you used to withdraw and see if there are any network confirmations pending or something, I remember there was one time a BTC withdrawal I made from a crypto casino took around 4-5 hours to be credited after the casino sent the funds to my address, but more than 12 hours is nearly impossible I think, it it's bitcoin on its native network then I would understand but you can still check the transaction is being processed, if there are no transactions being processed it means the casino didn't actually sent anything or you used a wrong address, which I doubt is the case.

Yea absolutely nothing pending and I know I did it correctly sent and recieved more that’s once oh well I guess they needed that 10$ deposit more than I did what a shame

Contact live support and ask them about it, this happened to me once with an LTC withdrawal (ofc not in this casino), on the casino account the transaction appeared as completed but the funds never arrived to my address, after telling them the funds were never recieved (which can easily be confirmed by checking the address) they sent me the funds, tell support your funds never arrived, if they don't solve anything then it means that casino simply disappears funds for no reason

Hi...I still have nothing from the CDS, which you mentioned as a further point, for complaints! And because I found it really strange that you don't even get an email, I looked for it. I would really be interested in how you feel about this CDS, or have you ever been in contact, or how did you recommend contacting them? Yesterday I found some pages that say it is not real or that it started at some point, but is very lame! I'll give you the link right away! Has anyone here ever had contact with CDS, or is that the top kidding of the customer? Months of waiting and everything in the ass...

Hello,

I do not have any experience with them. Sadly, sometimes even the regulator from Malta does not respond to players.

Since the CDS is a third-party dispute system established by RTG to settle player disputes, we are not the proper persons to ask. I guess it makes sense to go to the source - the Real Time Gaming platform provider.

Care to try?

Hello. In this crypto loko casino I won 650. Where they deposited me only 94. Redeem the comps points 1000 equals 10 usd !!!. And from that I made 650. Does anyone know what the comps points redemption limit is?

I suppose that since they are earnings from a loyalty program bonus, earnings are limited to 10x the amount of the bonus, go to their T&C and check if there is a withdrawal limit for earnings generated by a bonus, or ask support directly

Bonus points come with a maximum withdrawal limit of 1 time. You must have a stake balance of 0 before requesting a withdrawal. All bonuses are non-redeemable and will be removed prior to approval of an application. T&Y SAY SO, THE TRUTH I DON'T UNDERSTAND ANY OF THIS...!!

I think the barrier is the language, I found in their T&C that indeed, the bonus you used has a withdrawal limit of 1x, for example, if you had a 10 dollar bonus, you can only withdraw 20, which I don't understand why they let you withdraw almost 10 times the bonus, I'm going to assume that you had an additional balance in addition to the bonus balance. In the terms it is also mentioned that to use that bonus your real balance must be 0 and you must not have any pending withdrawals, if you ask me it is a bad bonus because you can only withdraw it 1x and the wagering requirements are 40x

I really don't understand any idea and I had 0 balance to exchange it, but hey this time the casino behaved well with me then jj.

Yes, maybe they made a mistake in the withdrawal and they let you withdraw almost 10 times the bonus, even if you deposit and they notice the mistake, they will most likely deduct the balance, so if you plan to continue using the casino, it is best to let them know that there was a possible error in the withdrawal
