Has anyone ever had success beating them? They are right they bust in chat while u play offer you the world! Well after 20 days now I was threatened today they close my account I'll lose my $$!! They do whatever they want to no governing body no valid regulator no valid liscence so I can tell every month the chat agents names change but I'm convinced it's same one or two pep one named Lisa who works also at winbig21 casino I pointed out they play they play like there not related but look I deposited 13 times in week bc I thaught I'd get $$ someone needs to do something it's not right!! As I've explained I'm business person if something breaks I fix or get new one!! They tried say we can give or take any payments so had my mom login guess what 60 seconds in they asked her to deposit!! Lie after lie on every single shift and day

Hi there, I can’t urge players enough to not play at this casino! I won over $1,000 but could only withdraw $280. It was in their terms and condition of the bonus..whatever, I get it, it was in the fine print. but I have been waiting on my payout since August …it’s freaking January!!! 6 months!!! To this day I check in at least once a week to bother them and every damn time they say "I will send your case to the finance department and you should have your payout within 2-3 business days.. EVERY @%#$@#% time!! This casino is a damn joke!! Don’t waste your time or money!!!
File complaints offer to turn in to scamming commision Cypress etc bluff them if nothing else if they think you'll roll over leave they sure will test you sorry to hear( place is pretty much ran by Lisa who works throughout many different casinos she told me and my mom I put in for your payouts b4 and I assure you got it in account in 6 hours!! Period!! Lisa has many different login choices of names to disquise herself!! I got 300 pages of proof of outright lies told me month had processor issues!

I'm reading the discussion here and all I can say is that the casino has a bad reputation according to our website for a reason. Generally speaking, the bad experience that players describe about various casinos here on the forum are related to casinos that have bad rating on our website.
If you want to avoid this in the future or at least lower the chances that you'll face similar issues in another casino, try to choose any casino from our list that has good or even perfect reputation 😕
They did finally credit my deposit after 3 weeks. They claimed it was a Zelle error. I'm not so sure. They then told me to request payout . $50 max and $25 deposit returned. I had $2300 at one point and knew that it was $50 max so I just played bankroll down to $75. We'll see if the payout actually happens. Only been a day or two so Ill give them a chance. I didn't know about this site before, so thanks, Guru. I will definitely check here first in the future.

Yes. I deposited on 8/1 and finally after they saw I was not going away ( I told them that explicitly) I got someone in charge to investigate and it finally posted on 8/19. Now I am waiting on payout so that outcome remains to be seen . Absolutely everyone should check here first - I wasn't aware of this site before or I would have. I searched for somewhere to file a complaint and Casino Guru popped up. So glad I found you!

Crazy Luck Casino was one of the first casinos I used when I first started using online casinos (before I had done any research... The funny thing is though..after over a year of waiting on my withdrawal and literally bothering them via chat at least a few times a month (FOR OVER A YEAR) I finally gave up and decided to do a reversal so I could just play with the winnings I had, I was really bored and had completely given up. so I played to the point where I was down to like $140.00 left and decided, for hahas, I would try to withdraw the $140... wouldn't ya know..two weeks later it was in my cash app account. They actually gave in and gave it to me!! Son of a gun, I couldn't believe it! So...honestly, I don't even know what to make of it!
