I can't withdraw because I can't get confirmation from my email for 20 days. They don't approve my email and I don't receive a confirmation email. I talk to live support and they say send an email and I can't get any support or response to my emails for 20 days. I have money left inside and I can't withdraw because I can't approve my email.

I added all email images to the case file

Do I understand correctly that you have been struggling with the confirmation email not received issue for 20 days and the casino still has not come up with any other way to let you withdraw?

The problem lies in the fact that the casino needs to address such a technical issue; no one else can resolve that. 🤔

How about you switch to another email domain? Can you suggest something like that to the casino? I reckon trying a few options is worth it after such a long struggle.
