Very bad casino.

When you win big they will do everything for delays and not to pay.

They asking more and more documents which you can't provided (you can see complaint from another player, I have absolutely the same situation).

Also they don't have any responsible gaming options which can leave you possibility to withdraw you money. You can block your acc for any period, but it'll be also impossible to withdraw your money.

Hello, I don't think it's time to label the casino a scam just yet. 

If you won 12k, it’s possible you’ll have to go through some verification, but that’s not 100% certain. My question, though, is when did you request the withdrawal? At the end, you write that the casino stole your money—did they take it from your account, or is it still there?

They voluntarly delay big payout (pattern) to see if the player will break, either cancel or top up again his account and potentially lose the money. They alternatively wait to collect the money from other players. But as the casino is not famous and have little turnovers to pay even a player with 2k profit they are shaking.

CASINO TO AVOID.

PS: check as well the mother company behind MIBS N.V- all the other associated casinos have the same issues.

ITS CRAP. As well if you are a good player, be very carefull there is 20K monthly withdrawal limit, so even if at some point u eventually win you need to take the limit into consideration, and of course these rules arent clearly explained when u register or deposit.
