When you win big they will do everything for delays and not to pay.
They asking more and more documents which you can't provided (you can see complaint from another player, I have absolutely the same situation).
Also they don't have any responsible gaming options which can leave you possibility to withdraw you money. You can block your acc for any period, but it'll be also impossible to withdraw your money.

After 3 days of pressure and constant monitoring and after sharing all the online content i posted they paid.
Please note that I'm a crypto specialist as well, conducted an extensive analysis of the addresses they use and i found out that they have A HUGE LIQUIDITY ISSUE. They voluntarly delay big payout (pattern) to see if the player will break, either cancel or top up again his account and potentially lose the money. They alternatively wait to collect the money from other players. But as the casino is not famous and have little turnovers to pay even a player with 2k profit they are shaking.

ITS CRAP. As well if you are a good player, be very carefull there is 20K monthly withdrawal limit, so even if at some point u eventually win you need to take the limit into consideration, and of course these rules arent clearly explained when u register or deposit.
