No, they didn't give me any reason yet. Last Friday the agent "eva" said it would be dealt with after the weekend. Tuesday i wrote a mail to the support and got an email from them today, saying this :

"Dear Prilipp,

Your payout has been successfully completed.

Best regards

Your customer service team

Cocoa Casino, cocoacasino.com"

Now i logged in into the website, looked at the cashier and still "in progress" and available to stop the withdrawal.

talked to the chat again, another agent told me she can see its still in progress, she would tell it to her managers and apologized for the delay, thats all she could do for now and her manager would contact me with an update.

I understand and therefore I recommended the complaint since it has been going on for quite a long time I would say.

However, after this email, will your course of action still be to wait for the situation to develop further and therefore for a reply from the manager ? Or are you going to go ahead and file a complaint ?

Jaro

i would like to file a complaint. Ill try that now...

I'm glad you made it. The process will be working at its best as soon as our specialists have reviewed the complaint. I expect that to be quite soon, Monday, I bet.

I wish you a quick yet fair resolution!

THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND FRAUDS - SHORTLY AFTER I SIGNED UP - I WENT TO LOOK AT PROMOTIONS AND WAS INUNDATED WITH HOW TO GET MORE BONUSES - UPWARDS OF 24K - I KNEW SOMETHING WAS UP. THEN I GET A GUY NAMED MARK GOLDBERG CALLING ME. ALL THESE EMAILS FILLED WITH LIES ABOUT INSURANCE AND CASH BACK - YUP - NOT TRUE - THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS - THEY LIE - THEY CHEAT - THEY STEAL - I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO PROVIDE ALL THE EMAILS.

Hello, so what was the problem in the casino for you please ? I see you mention bonuses but I'm not sure what specifically is going on. Is the issue that they offer them up to such a high amount of 24k ? I'm sorry if I misunderstood but you can explain it to me.

When I logged on for the first time - Just looking around. I went to check deposit options and an agent just popped up on my screen in chat (little uncomfortable) - I was then traded off between agents. Ariana offered that if I deposited 750 BTC my account would have 2k in it with 0x play through, plus a variety of other things at one point she stated over 24k in bonuses. Then later on I get a call from Mark Goldberg. Ill attach a screenshot - multiple time he offers the same thing "insurance" - However, he doesn't say anything about the terms and conditions. All I had to do was give them his code. I did. So when I reach out about the cashback - Im told because I used a bonus - it wasn't available. Now - you look at the screenshot and tell me what you would believe. I used Zelle my first deposit so I can understand not getting cashback as it is a crypto offer. However when I used crypto ........ Then Im pissed. These people lie. They don't respond it's been 4 days since reaching out to them - I actually went to Rival and dropped a note. I play at DuckyLuck (Golden Goose) and never have I experienced such "Sales" tactics. It was extremely crazy - and the worst part - they just want to brush you off. Cocoa/True Fortune/etc - all the same place - Ariana has been at 3 Ive checked out. It's truthfully awful. See the screenshots. Tell me what you would believe

Seems to me really suspicious, to tell you the truth, when reading the whole post you have written. Have you actually communicate thru an official email address of the casino with someone to ask about all these offers, just to make sure it is legitimate?

You have done the right think to submit a complaint here with our team, and let's hope they will be able to help out, even though I am not very sure about it, when looking at this:

I wish you all the luck, and please update your complaint, as well, whenever possible, where Veronika needs some answers from you.

Bad casino..

There's supposedly a 24/7 chat. I don't notice anything like that. It usually takes a day for someone to enter the chat. Deposits: It's not possible to make deposits because they're always rejected.

Winnings: Thanks to their opaque bonus offers that you can take advantage of (but rarely manage to fulfill the bonus requirements), you also lose money. From €150 down to €90...with this money, I won another €150, which was then reduced to €50 by the casino (alleged bonus conditions).

Conclusion: If you play in these casinos (Crazygame/Ricardo/Cocoa Casino and Golden Lady), you should be careful. They cold-bloodedly withhold a portion of your winnings.

Hi, it's definitely not a good choice I would say just based on the safety index that this casino has on our site and lots of warnings.

However, the fact that you couldn't deposit is probably good news in the end and at least you didn't lose your money.

As for the bonuses, didn't they have a maximum cashout when you completed them? I would have thought that would be why you were credited with less than you won.

Anyway, did you try to withdraw the money you won there?

Jaro

Yes, I understand what you mean. They are questionable casinos. Yes, there was a withdrawal limit of 50 euros.

Unfortunately, I can't determine whether the bonus was still active or not. According to the person in the chat, the bonus was still active. However, I thought the bonus (10 free spins) had already expired. There was a day between the two, so I can't figure it out anymore.

I'll just make sure that no bonus is activated the next time I make a deposit.

However, I advise everyone to read the rules carefully when playing at one of these casinos. If possible, play without a bonus. Since it's practically impossible to withdraw (losing 75x your deposit). I've lost around €1,500 at these casinos because they always come with some kind of rule.

One case: I requested a payout of €300. This was canceled, and only €90 was paid out.

It is very important to read the rules beforehand indeed. There you will read for exmple what the maximum withdrawal is with the bonus you'd like to play, and avoid any issues. Right?

But, as you said, maybe it is really better to play wothout bonuses. It is up to each player, for sure.
